About Us
Katherine “Katie” Schiwart, owner of Katie the Cleaning Lady, has been cleaning new construction residential homes for over 24 years. She started out working for a small cleaning company in the Denver area, and after several years of building relationships with area builders, she branched out on her own and started Katie the Cleaning Lady. Katie then began contracting cleaners to build her own dependable cleaning crews. Today, Katie the Cleaning Lady has multiple cleaning crews, including window washing, power washing and carpet cleaning crews, to provide full service cleaning for builders throughout the Front Range area. Katie takes pride in being a hands-on owner that frequently visits her projects to ensure quality of work.
Our Mission
It is our mission to deliver high quality cleaning services to our clients that enables them to provide a quality home product to their customers. Our years of experience allow us to work as a team with site superintendents on all aspects of home construction including scheduling challenges and homeowner satisfaction. We take pride in the details of our cleaning, so that the homeowner is presented with a sparkling home.
Our services
We provide full service cleaning services for a variety of projects including single-family homes, multi-family homes and active adult communities for independent builders and custom builders.
Our services include:
Interior Cleaning – cleaning of homes during construction or after warranty work, coordinated with your schedule and scope of work.
Window Cleaning – interior and exterior window cleaning.
Power Washing – powerwashing of flatwork.
Carpet Cleaning – carpet cleaning of the whole house, a room or spot cleaning.
Model/Sales Office Cleaning – cleaning of community Models and/or Sales Offices per your schedule, with optional powerwashing, window cleaning and carpet cleaning upon request to keep your models spotless.
Construction Trailer Cleaning – cleaning of construction trailers per your schedule.
